1. Who We Are

Koimilo is an online local dating and social connection platform specifically designed for adults aged 18 and older living in or around the twin cities of Bhilai and Durg, Chhattisgarh, India. Our mission is to help genuine local residents connect safely, authentically, and respectfully.

2. Eligibility (Strict 18+ Policy)

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Koimilo. By accessing our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.
• You are not a registered sex offender or convicted of any violent crime.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from Koimilo for community violations.

5. Acceptable Use & Community Standards

You agree to interact with community members respectfully. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, bully, defame, or intimidate any person.
• Post or transmit sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, or non-consensual imagery.
• Solicit minors or engage with underage users under any circumstance.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or create fake profiles to mislead others.
• Use the platform for financial scams, commercial solicitation, prostitution, or unauthorized commercial activities.
• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or unauthorized scripts on the application.

6. User Content & Platform Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, bio, and content you upload to Koimilo. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and providing the service. All Koimilo trademarks, logos, interface designs, and software code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Koimilo.

7. Moderation, Reporting & Account Deletion

We provide in-app tools to block and report users who violate our community standards. We reserve the right to investigate reports, remove content, and terminate or suspend accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.

Voluntary Deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app or by emailing koimilo.com@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all your personal data, chat history, and match records will be permanently purged.

8. Disclaimers & Personal Safety

Koimilo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we employ moderation and verification tools, we cannot guarantee the background, character, or intentions of any individual user. You are solely responsible for your interactions and personal safety when meeting people offline. Always adhere to our Safety Guidelines and meet in public places.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Durg / Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
